5am… the phone rings in a Starbucks.
Me: Hi! Thanks for calling blah blah Starbucks how can I help you?
Caller: Yeah, I just got the message about (we will call her Shelly) Shelly being at the jail and needing bailed out. I’m not real sure how I am supposed to go about that. I need you to tell me what to do. How am I supposed to pay for that?
Me: Sir, this is a Starbucks……
Caller: Oh?… okay thanks
Me: Good luck!

Dead ass my store got an extremely similar phone call today although it was at noon instead of 5AM. We're short on so much shit and had several people out sick and my SSV was just like, "Um, this is a Starbucks" and hung up lol
