it’s my biggest pet peeve when people will place a mobile order just to seconds or minutes later come through our line or walk in demanding their drink. the entire point of mobile ordering is to order ahead so that you don’t have to physically wait in person. your drink is still added to a queue the same as ordering it on the spot. idk but my store deals with it a lot.

My store deals with it a lot too. Some of em are patient and they just come early cuz they got nothing to do. But oh mann...there are some that come after 2 to 3 minutes of placing their order and they stand there on the side of the hand off just so they can stare at me and what im doing and then theyre blocking the others from going to the corner end to pick up their mobile orders so it satisfies me when they have to move to allow for someone to go grab their mobile order lol

the way we're 2-3 years off a pandemic and people still dont comprehend how ordering ahead works!!!! is the concept truly that hard to grasp like what is going on they'll wait 4 hours for their groceries to be shopped for and delivered, yet will give their baristas 30 seconds to finish the 3 drink mobile order they placed from the drive thru line
