Hello all, I work at a liscensed store so frankly I'm not even sure if I can become a coffee master, but if it is possible for me, what would I need to do to start the process?

Filling out your coffee passport is a great start. Showing interest in being a barista trainer (at my location you must have been a barista for 6 months). Finishing the coffee academy (during work hours, it's paid training). Having a sit down with your store lead or manager, to do a pairing while telling a story. At my store you have to have been a barista for a year before asking to be a coffee master.

Ok cool thanks for the input. Its gonna be a mi ute till we actually get passports in though. My lead ordered them for our last shipment and as he was putting it away he found the box it was supposed to be in empty aside from some chalk markers
