Im honestly super confused about when I get paid. I thought it was every other Wednesday, and I’ve already been paid once, so I assumed I was going to be paid today as well. I woke up and my bank account is still at what it was yesterday. When I went back and check the date of when they paid me last, it lined up perfectly to be 2 weeks. I have to pay my phone bill soon and I don’t want to get paid right before I have too, why do I see posts like this all the time. Are they really that cheap to not pay us??

Do you use Chime or Cash App to receive your direct deposit early? Because I normally don't receive my direct deposit until Friday early AM.

I bank through a credit union and I’ve always been able to see my paychecks a day early, at the last 2 places I worked I was getting my check a day before payday

Interesting. I also use a credit union, and while I can always see how much my paycheck is while pending, that money is not available to me until the actual payday hits. I would contact your credit union to see why things may have changed.

It’s just odd because that’s not even there either, I almost feel like it’s not an issue with my bank but with Starbucks. Idk I’m just a bit anxious and I’ll definitely be calling someone to figure this out today because you can’t mess with anyones money.

Unless things have changed since I left, your official payday is every other Friday. Some banks authorize it and it shows days sooner in your account because payroll is done earlier in the week. You can ask your SM for clarification but as long as it arrives by Friday, nothing can really be done. I wouldn't plan on it always getting there by Wednesday because thats more of a special case. My bank never released the fund to me until Friday AM.

Yeah I worked there 9 years in multiple districts and payday was always Friday. That is strange. Well if she said its Wednesday then definitely contact Partner Resource if its not making it by the end of the day.

It’s just so odd, because when they told me it was Wednesday I realized it was going to be the first time I wasn’t paid on Friday. Like with other jobs because of my credit union, I’d get paid on Thursday around midnight to 3am because it would come in a day early. It’s just weird cause that either means it’s coming in 2 days early, or it’s just coming at random times during the day on Wednesdays

It’s Friday. We generally get it 1-2 days early, but it’s always been Friday is the actual pay date.

I just got paid like 10 minutes ago, I was super confused too since it's usually overnight every other Wednesday. check again and see if it got deposited yet cause I've been checking religiously and it just went through.

So, quick update, after I saw your comment about how you were paid 10 minutes ago, I finished responding and went to go check, and guess who was finally paid. I just don’t understand why it wasn’t pending in my credit union and why it didn’t get deposited at night like, literally every other company and place I’ve worked for

Official payday is friday, but I, like you, get paid early on Wednesdays but sometimes it’s Thursdays through my bank. It’s not a guaranteed early payment. Sometimes I get paid on friday

Usually every two weeks but I know that my store got paid last week so we won’t get paid until next week are you sure you got paid two weeks ago and not last week

I checked my transaction history this morning and the Starbucks corp. paid me 8/31 and it’s now the 14th, I feel like a tad stupid or that I almost don’t understand how the weeks should fucking go

I usually get paid Thursday in the middle of the night even tho pay day is Friday. But one week it didn’t come until some day Friday. Sometimes it be like that. Doesn’t hurt to ask your manager!

Starbucks is responsible for you getting paid by Friday, the credit unions make it a possibility of being earlier. Mine was usually Thursday, sometimes Wednesday. Don't ever rely or base your bills on it being early and it shouldn't be a problem. It’s supposed to be every other friday but since I have direct deposit with my bank, I get paid every other Wednesday. And then my pay statement is viewable on partner info on friday.
