Lately a lot of people at my store have been order quad espressos with a triple shot instead of a quad

Someone ordered an Americano upside down the other day and I was… at a loss.

I really want to put an Uber east cold drink sticker on the two holes in the lid and leave that upside down at hand off.

Either that or put the sticker on the cup upside down at least.

I’m starting to get the feeling that people are outrage ordering.

flip the cup upside-down & pour the shots in the space on the bottom!

I'm not sure why this happens on mobile, but on cafe it happens when you click doppio then change it to a single. (Just poor coding as usual.) The other way around is a really easy upsell, btw. "Would you like an extra shot for $0.20?"

It’s funny bc my pre-shift drink had this exact sticker. I asked my coworker for a “doppio espresso con panna, upside down”. It’s safe to say my coworker was hella confused and disappointed that a fellow barista had ordered this. He had to ask what I meant lol.
