How do you guys deal with a dm that constantly belittles and nitpicks every single thing you do? Like no matter what I do it’s not good enough. I’ve never had any other sm, asm, or ssv say anything but good things to me and how I do a good job at what I do. They are the only one who constantly puts me down and I really don’t know what to do. It’s not fair that we just take it. Other partners have this same problem with this dm.
