Do I still get the staff benefits when I am working at the Starbucks in the Independent store ( supermarket ) ?

The starbucks stores inside other stores as well as hotels, hospitals, theme parks, etc, are licensed by the business they’re inside of. You would be an employee of the supermarket, not Starbucks, and you would get whatever benefits the supermarket offers.
