SAAAAMMMEEEEE. I have auditory processing issues; I can’t hear well when there’s background noise and the Bux is ALWAYS loud. When someone tries to order from the passenger seat I always tell them “I’m so sorry but we really can’t hear what you’re saying from the passenger seat…” Most of the time the driver will just repeat the order for me and that’s that. Every now and then someone will continue to try from the passenger side and I just do my best to figure it out. If it gets rung in wrong, that’s their fault.

Bonus points if the person in the drivers seat angrily yells it for them as if having to say the words “pink drink” is a personal attack on their ancestors

I don’t put up with that shit. I tell them I can’t hear from the passenger seat, have the driver order. No one has time for that

I had 3 customers in 30 minutes roll their windows down just halfway then talk straight into the glass, not the gap. I couldn’t hear shit.

This happened to me earlier tonight 🙃🙃 even after I said I couldn't hear them well 2x, no changes...

Drove away before I could tell them their total and when they got to the window were super rude and wouldn't look at me. Like dude, it's 8pm and I was polite to you, come on plz.

Happened to me a few weeks ago with a passenger. They refused to speak up, and once they arrived at the window; the driver threatened to fight me. 😭
