Hey Barista Reddit! I'm an ex-corporate partner now working for a Licensed Kiosk location. I'm currently developing a new training plan specific to our store as our current methods don't help our already high turnover and develop significant bad habits that can't easily be broken, especially in a kiosk environment.
As I started with corporate, I remember bits and pieces of my training, but I want to hear from everyone, what did you like about your training, what was and wasn't helpful, and what did your trainer(s) do that worked best for you?
