so i’m looking to put in my two weeks here soon. so much has just happened with my SM and the environment they create is extremely toxic. they talk about baristas behind their backs (and i’m talking like things to do with their performance, there’s no coaching involved) and they’ve made it very advent that they don’t care about other partners’ well being at. all. what is the best way to put in my two weeks, text? email? hand written note? please help! i also was looking to go to my SM’s higher ups and “complain” about them i guess you could say. is this a bad idea? has anyone been successful with this? thank you!
