How many days of quarantine is it now and is covid pay still a thing?

I got Covid last week. Isolation is 5 days, and masked up for 5 days after. Yes you still get CAT pay for your isolation!
FUN FACT! 5 DAYS IS TECHNICALLY 6 DAYS! The day you start having symptoms or get a positive test is Day 0. So, if you tested positive on Monday, that would be day 0. Tuesday would be day 1. Then, day 5 would be your last day of isolation, Saturday. That means you could return to work Sunday, with a mask. This is how the CDC measures it!
If your SM tries to tell you differently, send them the CDC webpage :)
