i’ve watched so many videos on youtube and they always use fancy equipment and I can’t comprehend how y’all make nice latte art with our shitty equipment. when it’s slow, pls. make a video for me

You can still make some nice looking foam even on an M1! It’s all I’ve ever used. (10yrs of SBUX experience)
I practice anytime I get a flat-white - a Grande with an extra shot and whole milk works the best.
I’ll be away at a music fest this weekend but when I get back (Monday / Tuesday) I’ll try and post a video for ya.

currently our store is in remodel, we used to have the one, we’re upgrading to a 2, ive only ever used a 1
