ive been a partner for a little over a year and i was always under the impression that i had a pretty good impression on my partners, but i guess they forgot i was still in the back and i could hear them talking about me up front. thats cute.

Just tell them you heard them and that since you all work together you’d appreciate in the future that they come to you or don’t talk about you. People should be called out for that negative crap.
