Besties! My store has been out of froast for a few days now😢🤫, does anyone know how to make it? Like 1 part Italian one part espresso? How do you brew it??

I believe you are supposed to use shots of espresso when out of frap roast (1/2/3). At least that's what my manager said was the standard when we ran out once.

Check the beverage resource manual, or ask your SM to pull up the substitution guidance on the partner hub.

Also ask around stores in your area (licensed stores too) and see if they can give you any.

Before we had froast, we’d brew a full batch of Italian roast on the half batch setting. Brew straight into a cube, let it chill

Not sure how accurate this is but correct me if I’m wrong but you should be able to just put cold brew to the notch thing on the bottom of the cup and then milk etc. I was told that’s what we’re supposed to do when no FR is available but again not sure how accurate that is so do as you will

It’s microground, so you probably can’t make it in store. You may as well sub cold brew or something at that point
