Can I ask my manager to not schedule me with two specific coworkers at the same time? ()

*Can* you? Sure. But its all gonna depend on your stores staffing and may not always be doable. I’d try to have a mediated meeting together with your manager to try to squash things, that might be more realistic and better long term so you don’t have to feel anxious going into work with them.

I already had a conversation with all three of them. A and B and myself are on okay terms now BUT I don’t feel all that supported by my manager. She doesn’t seem to understand how severe this is for me and if I ask for any further accommodations I know she would want me to get a doctors note for it. Which in this case would make no sense to get an accommodation letter to not work with two people that cause me stress as they’re two people and I don’t work with them everyday. Although, A causes me a bit more stress at work and she’s someone I work with more often. I have my availability open to work other times but she never schedules me for it as she doesn’t believe I’m fast enough to work those times.
