Okay what’s a good drink you’ve made? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I suppose I’m just bored but I’ve had some time to mess with drinks lately but haven’t made anything super amazing. Really I started by trying to make some kind of fancy tea drink that wouldn’t make your barista want to jump the counter and strangle you for ordering it… coughcoughicedlondonfogcough. But now I’m just finding myself making weird crap that tastes eh okay almost every shift. Closest thing to a success story was an “apple pie tea” made by steaming iced black tea and apple juice and adding oatmilk, apple syrup, apple drizzle and cinnamon dolce but even then it was missing *something*. Anyway, just curious if anyone has any fun little things they made up?

I’ve been making what I call a “Pumpkin Pie” iced latte. I usually make it in a tall, and do 1 pump vanilla, 1 pump pumpkin, and 1 pump cinnamon dolce, 2 blonde, 2% milk, and pumpkin spice topping / cinnamon topping.
I also like to do white mocha and pumpkin together a lot.
Today I tried to make a “Caramel apple style” drink and did an iced caramel latte with vanilla sweet cream foam and the spiced Apple drizzle.

my go-to is an iced white mocha with blonde, half white mocha half brown sugar, coconut milk, and cold foam with cinnamon powder. ive been starting to add the apple drizzle now that it’s fall but it’s not great with the apple drizzle. :/
I also have another recipe called a dole whip (like the disney one) that’s a vanilla bean frappuccino but instead of whole milk do half pineapple base and half sweet cream.

I used to get this as a customer 5 years ago before I worked at sbux (minus the matcha and instead added cinnamon dolce) and the everyone looked at me weird but, it tasted like apple pie!

Iced White mocha with 3 blonde shots, and vsccf made with strawberry purée and 2 pump cinnamon dolce. It sounds yuck until you try it. I am OBSESSED
Edit: also a hot chai latte half steamed apple juice instead of hot water is fire. It’s also good iced.
Iced Black tea no water sub oatmilk with cinnamon dolce
Iced green tea no water sub half and half with vanilla
Mdf no water sub ppf is good too. It makes the passion fruit less obnoxious
Americano frap (my personal secret menu thing) it’s a frap made with shots and water instead of fr and milk. I usually use creme base and blend it all up it’s awesome.

If you like cold brew, chocolate cold brew, sub toffee nut for the vanilla, and add a packet of salt to the foam, top with caramel drizzle. Tastes like a cross between the salted caramel mocha and one cloud macchiato.
And my winter one is cold brew with one pump white mocha and one pump peppermint with sweet cream cold foam that has a pump of vanilla and a pump of peppermint.

Chocolate almond milk shaken espresso with vanilla bean powder! In a grande I do 3 scoops chocolate malt powder and 2 scoops vanilla bean! I also usually switch out the almond milk for oat milk but that’s just personal preference!! It’s so yummy.

grande cup filled up to the second line with lime seltzer and a tall scoop of ice, then put like half an inch of lemonade and fill the rest with apple juice. then add a small drizzle of the apple drizzle it’s genuinely so good

The only frappuccino that I like, which I only make for myself since there’s no way to order it at the register, is a VSSCB frappuccino. To the bottom line of a cup do half cold brew, half sweet cream.

When i dont want a caffeinated drink i brew two peach tranquility tea bags in a v small amount of hot water for like 5 mins, then add the concentrate to a cold cup, with a few pumps of vanilla and oat milk, and top it with either brown sugar cold foam or strawberry cold foam !!!

my go to recently has been 4 blonde ristretto shots over ice in a grande cup with 2 pumps wm, 2 pumps toffee nut, and pumpkin cold foam! u can add a splash of milk to it too :) another good one is just a chocolate cookie creme frap but with strawberry puree and no whip on the bottom.
however…. my favorite drink i make for myself is a shaken espresso made w blonde ristretto shots, half wm pumps and half mocha pumps, then top with milk of choice and vssc blended w cookie crumbs and mocha drizzle!

I have a few but my go to has been for a minute a grande iced latte-in-venti splash Cb. (Found love trying to recreate a peets drink and adjusted it elsewhere now) I get oat-blonde-ristretto-2pumpkin-2brownsugar(full pump or double half). I stg it’s not as bad as it sounds and I almost always make it myself (I get this hot or iced really)

Custom tea latte peach tranquility, cinnamon, soy milk, strawberry inclusions but I’ve said it here a couple times. It’s a good hot drink like a cobbler type taste…. Other than that the Iceberg made with less brown sugar and vanilla bean shaken in is good. Not super creative but my usual was just a blonde oatmilk latte with cinnamon powder. I got tired of syrups but chestnut praline is super good in chai.

Double Choc Chip Crm sub oat milk +2 Toffee nut +1-2 WM : like an Oreo
Orange juice (or viral berry is really good too + Vanilla bean + banana/SB inclusion/blueberries (1, 2 or all) + base: like a Jamba smoothie
Half apple juice, half hc, +2 CD + CR crunchies blended in (better w graham cracker topping rip): like an apple pie
Crm ribbon + matcha: idk just taste so good to me
