i transfered two weeks ago and i'm about ready to drop out of school just to go back to my old store. my new store is so unorganized and DIRTY. "i don't think these counters have ever been bleached" yeah i can tell they're BROWN. i pointedly asked what day they do cleanplay and got told they do it DURING the day on sundays IF they have enough people. no one goes by the dress code including wearing rings and fake nails, nothing is kept in a logical place, and nothing is ever stocked.

the way they run the floor is so unorganized too, people pretty much just do whatever they want and there's 0 support when you're swamped with cafe/mobile/delivery orders on bar and there's four more partners on the floor but somehow everything's still empty.

they also steal your stickers ?? like either sticking them to a random counter where you can't see them or straight up throwing them out. also pastry stickers never print. also they have two bars but only one bar sink. also they don't keep all types of milk in both fridges. or clean their fridges. or change the sanitizers every 2hrs (or more than once a day)

my shift looked at me weird for asking for change from the cashbox as if i didn't just watch her eyeball the measurements for vsc (which never foams btw) (also their cash drawers don't have the little separator things so the bills are just floating around)
