Lol theres always people getting shaken espressos with light ice or no ice to get a cheaper latte with the extra shot and all the fixins in it. And the people who are constantly getting 1 to 3 shots of espresso over ice and milk or cream filled all the way for a cheaper latte. And now people are trying to get cheaper shaken espressos by getting shots of iced espresso and asking for it to be shaken? Lol why cant people just pay for the shit they actually want or get what they can actually pay for?

i have people trying to order shaken espressos with light ice light milk and get confused that it’s not filled to the top like i’m supposed just automatically add more espresso shots!?! no

Lol reminds me of a review a lady left for my store once on google. She got a few shots of espresso over ice and complained in the review that theres not enough coffee in it .....😑

Lol i wonder that at work and when im off work and out and about. Its truly why i have become so cynical. I admittedly understand that it is not a good thing at all. But because i have seen how people are, i started becoming this way

What’s the correct response to people ordering espresso and milk to the top of the cup for a cheaper latte? I usually upcharge or only do 3/4”, but I’ve had people get very upset about that

So there was a weekly update that had stated whenever a customer wants it filled all the way then we have to make the moment right and I seriously have come to hate that phrase lol but they can ask for extra milk which is 3/4" and if they start complaining at that point, then that's when they're about to use up their first chance of making the moment right and then I will inform them that next time that they would have to be charged as a latte if at any point they try to get more than 4 oz of milk for free. People just take advantage of the rule about us making the moment right and always giving stuff if they ask for it so I'm just getting really sick of the making the moment right phrase lol

Lol sounds good! People are constantly wanting things but not wanting to pay for those things. Idk what it is about starbucks that makes people wana try to do that kind of stuff but its a little insane cuz i guarantee they dont do that anywhere else but thats cuz with starbucks, were supposed to give them whatever they want without charging them as soon as they throw a tantrum lol
