I work in a Kiosk and we finally got the okay to turn off traveler requests through mobile. Like dude, if any of our recent hires is working alone and gets an order for two travelers as I did recently, or even a single one but are busy at all, we are NOT going to be having a good time. I was lucky, it came in when I was busy but I was able to get the line taken care of and the coffee finished being brewed when she came in, and she was nice. But we often work solo for HOURS, and our new hires get 40 training hours before they are expected to do a solo shift. NO WAY are they learning how to make travelers on top of everything else. They already skip quite a bit in the interest of getting them trained up in a week, max.

genuine question: what do ppl use travelers for?
ik the cambros are usually used by local churches to serve to people for example, but is it the same for travelers or??

I had this happen to us!!! The closer’s we also awesome in their prep and we had this 10 traveler order done a min after they showed to pick up! It definitely sucks, but props to those those closers!
