i was told when thinking of goals and areas of opportunity, to think of my strengths first. for example: im great at getting stuff done quickly and efficiently by myself, but it means i could delegate better. i have a lot of experience training and coaching, but there are many learning styles i have yet to come across and adapt to. try come up with something that you either havent faced yet, or shows off your strengths (because when you’re trying to promote it’s good to show off!) while also admitting you’re aware of the weak side of those strengths!
