Scheduled until 8:00pm on paper schedule and dcr BUT my app says 8:30pm?? (closer) (self.starbucksbaristas)

Which one am I supposed to go by? This has happened twice now. Last time I was scheduled *during* my time off for one random day of pod training but it was only on dcr and paper schedule not on my app so I didn’t know. Today I thought I was closing bc my app said so but both paper schedules say I’m out at close. What am I supposed to go by in these circumstances? I’m going to talk to my SM about todays mix up tomorrow and I already talked to her about the pod training mix up but I’m so confused. Is my app essentially worthless? Which one holds the official schedule for me to follow?

Your app should be the most current, correct version of your schedule. Sometimes the DCRs are printed out a week in advance or more, and if your schedule is changed after that, then your app will reflect the change immediately but the DCR will be out of date. If it happens again, you can ask your SM about it or ask a shift to reprint the DCR, but in theory your app should always be correct.

Go by the app. When managers make changes to the schedule it will directly reflect there. It is up to the manager to post the updated paper schedule but they usually don’t because they’re lazy.
If I were you I wouldn’t ever go by the paper ones. Sometimes managers will purposefully put an unfinished schedule up right away because they technically have to have the next 2 weeks up by a certain time. Then they’ll adjust it during the week.

The SSV should go online and print an updated DCR, and that should match your app.
