Knit and crochet! Personally, it helps with my anxiety, plus it's pretty satisfying to make something with your own two hands. If you like the "making" aspect of being a barista, you may enjoy crafts like knit and crochet :)

i like to do art and make stuff! it makes me feel a lot more productive bingeing netflix shows when i’m drawing, painting, crocheting, making dolls, or making friendship bracelets. friendship bracelets are actually really easy to get into :)

personally i like to read in my spare time, a lot. mostly fantasy or horror, something i can really escape into and distract myself from stressful ass work. if that's not your thing though i would try and find a really low maintenance and relaxing hobby to get into, i have coworkers that crochet, make jewelry, draw, a lot of them like to spoil their pets or buy expensive skincare, im also really into true crime and self care so give me a hot tea or a glass of wine, a hot bath pumped full of bubbles and oils and what have you, and a true crime doc and im set and relaxing for the night. if you struggle with executive dysfunction it's hard to get up and *do the thing* but once you find your thing it's a great distraction from life's stress.

Im big into gaming as well but I assume you mean more standard hobbies.
I love doing cross stitch so much it’s so relaxing and fun to see images come together and GREAT for idly watching youtube or VODs or podcasts while you work. Even more, I find it really easy to pick up and set down as needed, and one project can keep you occupied for AGES depending on the size so it’s really cheap for hours and hours of enjoyment

I got a cat! Pretty entertaining to have someone to cuddle with in between school and work. Highly recommend!

I love to sew! It’s an expensive hobby, but it’s awesome to be able to make something myself! I’ve made my own work shirts (extra long for all the bending over), headbands for cleanplay, my own wallets, bags, purses for myself and gifts for friends and family! I also made outfits for my friend group for a festival! There’s a plethora of information available online for learning (I’m self taught) and I can literally do it any time of day or night, and as much or little as I want to.

I really enjoy playing Pokémon. :)
