Does anyone else’s store manager literally flip out over the drive thru times? It might be the same for every Starbucks but i mean my manager makes it priority sometimes, even over the customers in the cafe. This kind of bothers me haha

Same.. its always the customers fault, too. Reloading their card at the window, taking forever to leave after I give them everything, Or they just decide to order 4 fraps in drive instead of coming into the lobby.

Same we are supposed to have it at 49secs tops

literally double blending alone takes up more time. I wish starbucks didn’t shove their unrealistic expectations on us.

Yeah they complained about it. But I just did what I was supposed to do and ignored senseless whining… sometimes we would have an awesome SSV and we’d make it fun and get the drive times down and cheer eachother on… but when it’s a shit show and the SM is just pacing around complaining about drive times when they’ve been just sitting in the back on the computer not trying to help whatever the problem is oh well too bad you’re getting ignored.

Yes. One time with an old manager we did a 33 and he said we could do better and shrugged it off
