if you explain your issues with her in a respectful way and have examples of the things she's doing to make you uncomfortable then yes absolutely! most likely your SM will ask if you've had a conversation with said shift about it yet as that would be standard practice with starbucks, so the SM may not take any action without you having a conversation (depending on what the problems are). but they will most likely give you advice on how to have that conversation if you say you're uncomfortable with it. either way it's good to bring it to their attention, especially if others have noticed similar behavior.

Honestly yeah everyone I’ve talked to about it has said they’ve seen similar issues, I’m personally leaving for more then just her I just don’t want my girls to suffer after I’m gone ya know?
