Not seeing shifts in marketplace (self.starbucksbaristas)

Anyone else having this problem? My coworkers are messaging me with pics showing their shifts are offered, but I can’t see them on the app. I even tried the web version, but no luck there either 😔

If the shift would put you over 40 I know it won’t show otherwise I’m not sure

it doesn’t show up if: its a double shift with any time off in between,
or if: you already have 5 days scheduled.
I told my sm this bc he said we have to have our schedules reflected on the hours app but I regularly get 39 hours each week and most of those extra shifts don’t ever show up for me bc I already have 5 days or its two shifts in a day with some time off in between.
edit: you can ask your sm to add those shifts to your schedule as long as its not a double shift with time off in between, they have the ability to override the 5 day limit.

lol yeah I know from experience, haven’t had less than 37 hours in the three months i’ve been here all from claiming shifts outside of the app bc they don’t show up for me. I finally realized why when I saw two shifts available and claimed one and then the others disappeared. I just called the sm and they were able to assign it to me though so it was all good.
