What the heck is ur DM doing about ur situation?!! That oven should have been a priority 1 fix esp if your store only has one. Has it been called in?
If ur SM isn’t doing anything to fix the situation move call your DM they are there to fix this kind of problems.

Make sure you or your shift supervisor, are filling out LSR are tickets for every single missed delivery. It’s really important to have that paper trail where you can say hey look I did what I was supposed to and reported it.
