What is the double blending going to do

I had a woman get almost the exact same thing but when she came in, she told me her drink was made wrong, and that she didn't want it remade and then proceeded to storm off complaining. Apparently people have no brain cells, lol.

My interpretation of this is they just want a really liquify frap

I hate when people order no ice Frappuccinos. Why is this even an option for input?! They always show up with a doofy confused face. I don’t know if they planned on adding ice in a blender later or if just lacking common sense on how blended drinks are made. Since this person pointed out double blended it seems like the second option but I’d still make it as ordered.

the only reason I can imagine for doing this is that they wanna blend it at home so it doesnt melt when it gets there? but even then I can't tell you why they want it double blended o/-<

I’d make it exactly as the sticker says. Maybe throw a note in the bag just confirming that this is what they wanted, and adding an explanation of how to make it better (like extra base, light ice maybe?) just so that next time they can order what they actually want, or at the very least not be angry with us for making the drink wrong
