usually yes, though you’re gonna get customers who refuse to clarify and expect you to read their mind and give them a venti or a tall (on rare occasions, maybe even a trenta)

I would rather them say regular than sit there forever trying order a grande as a large or contemplate what I ventai, grandee, or trenti are. They act like we’re going to kick them out for using small, medium, or large lmao
