So I just found out that clean Play never gets done in my store. Preface: we have ample staff to cover the floor and get regular cleaning done but the plays are mismanaged and none of my partners see died and efficacy as a valued trait at work.

Apparently they just go through the assessments and see what needs to get cleaned and that's it. My ASM told me that 'the list is too long to get done by 2 partners, so we don't follow it'

I've worked at a much larger store with shorter staff and all the cleaning got done every week. I'm at a loss as to what to do at this point. Some things are so gross and past the point of cleaning because they've been ignore for so long (dust bins and mop bucket specifically 🤢)
