What drinks do you all think will return this year? And also am I the only one that feels the holiday launches the past few years have been kinda boring? The launches are so lackluster now a days. Anyways I hope to see the sugar cookie return, wonder what won’t be back and if there will be anything new.

They should do a gingerbread or sugar plum flavor. Or fix the sugar cookie syrup, it was good but it did have a candle-y aftertaste

I never tried gingerbread, but I’ve heard it was amazing. I think sugar plum would be a great one too, so different from anything we have. That’s my issue is the stuff they bring out usually isn’t that unique. I loved sugar cookie but I do agree with the after taste, it could definitely be a better formula.

sugar cookie and toasted vanilla taste too similar to me… i would absolutely love to see the milk chocolate sauce and marshmallow syrup from the s’mores frapp come back as a special hot chocolate. not a fan of mocha, but that milk choccy sauce was amazing.

I agree! Not really a fan of the regular mocha, but I love the milk chocolate and marshmallow that the s’mores has!

Ugh that would be so good. I LOVED the milk chocolate and the marshmellow syrup. That did make killer hot chocolates

The toaster white mocha is my FAVE, but you’re also right about the holiday launches

I’m sure the usuals will return (Caramel Brûlée, TWM, Chestnut praline) but i’m not sure if they’re introducing a new one.

edit: totally forgot irish crème existed, it’s likely they’ll return that too

I’m curious to see if they’ll bring back sugar cookie or not.
overturned23 2 points 9m ago
It’s definitely possible. It was very popular last year. I didn’t care for it personally, the only way I enjoyed it was putting 2 pumps of the syrup in VSSCF

I absolutely despised the sugar cookie latte 🤮 I don’t really care what comes back but I’m hoping for toasted white mocha as it’s my husbands favorite and he deserves it.

I feel like it’s a staple so they have to bring it back, right?

tbh i feel like they’re not going to release a new syrup. they’re too busy busting unions 🙄. even if they do it’ll probably be ass like kiwi star fruit or something idk
starbucksbarist28 [OP] 1 points 9m ago
Lmao this one wins 😭😂😂😂
GVRDENS_1 2 points 9m ago
It probably won’t, but I yearn for the egg nog to come back. Before you all reply, yes, the noise it makes is horrid, but it’s such a good drink.

update: I was doing the count today and it had all of the holiday components in it, Caramel Brûlée, Toasted white mocha, Chestnut Praline, sugar cookie and Irish cream will all be returning. Nothing else knew to my knowledge.

The OG sugar cookie recipe is way tastier and always available 🫣 white mocha, toffee nut, hazelnut, crack a raw sugar on top of your whip and 🤩

I'm probably the only one going to say this but I can't wait for the Sugar Cookie to return. They fucked up by making the default almond milk because it's so good with oatmilk and blonde shots.
gingergal-n-dog 2 points 9m ago
Sugar cookie was a hit at my store. I hope it returns and brings gingerbread with it.
claretamazon 1 points 9m ago
It was at my licensed location too. Gingerbread could be hit or miss depending on they handle it, but should definitely be launched with oatmilk as the default. Sugar plum... I'm really not sure about that one. Fruity flavors don't seem to work well for them in syrups/sauces. (looking at you apple brown sugar)

Launches may have been lackluster but I really think the ACOM and variants are some of the best drinks released in a while
