It’s supposed to be a small dot in the middle surrounded by all coffee color. So it doesn’t look like a flat white. You start by pouring the milk close straight in the middle, lift the pitcher up high until it’s almost full go down and make the dot in the middle. Idk if I’m explaining that right or if you needed any explanation but they’re pretty fun to make.
