So my liscensed store just recently got the mastrena 2 and we've got two minor issues that I just wanna see if anyone else has had and if they've found a fix or if it's just a thing that happens and we gotta get used to.

1- when doing the cleaning cycle at night the drip tray starts to overflow with the water/cleaning solution and pours over onto the counter before it drains it all once it's done with step 1 of the cleaning cycle.

2-thr degrees on the screen for the steam wand are in Celsius and we've just been wondering if there's anyway to change it to Fahrenheit. Obviously it's not a big deal but it would help when we have some of our customers ask for certain Temps

Definitely put a ticket in for the drainage issue. That absolutely shouldn't be happening.

As for the temperature displaying in Celsius, you MIGHT be able to go into the settings and change it, but I haven't tried. More likely, a maintenance tech will have to swap it for you.

W/ #1, this is an issue with drainage! There’s some troubleshooting you can do but sometimes you just have to call for service—this just happened to us recently. One of the things to do as a preventative though is make sure that after a cleaning cycle you’re pouring a pitcher of hot water into the drip tray to help avoid build up of stuff in the drainage lines. The other thing is making sure that the drip tray is actually clean before running a cycle. If you can get a brush suitable for cleaning in tubes, make sure you’re washing the drip tray and specifically cleaning coffee debris out of that tube bit very well. Lastly just make sure that nothing (a fridge, or who knows what else, is pinching the drain line and making it unable to function.

Thanks for the advice, I'll definitely see what I can do. But it seems like it doesn't drain at all unless it initiates it itself
