i just hit my 1 year with starbucks last month so i just started earning vacation hours, i was wondering if you could also use some or all of your sick leave hours in addition to your vacation hours or is that not possible?
also if i have accumulated for example 60 hours of pto, does that mean i get a week and a half of pto or does it literally mean 60 hours of pto?

Time off is hour for hour - so if you have 60hours of PTO, you can get 60 hours of pay
Sick time can only be used for circumstances outlined in the sick time policy. Vacation time can be used for whatever. (But sick time can be used for mental health days, so it can be used to just get a break)
