How do I get my fidelity stuff out (self.starbucksbaristas)

I quit Starbucks for good a few weeks ago. I got sent one of fidelity's typical emails and it reminded me k have money in there. How do I get that out now that I have another job? I don't think my new job has a 401k.

Most places that offer 401ks have an option for you to either transfer employer 401ks to a new/existing account with them, a different provider, or you can get it as a check to deposit to a regular checkings/savings (this option has an added cost). fidelity has accounts you can open that have zero fees/minimums so i would look into that too
