Do you ever have to humble a regular? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m talkin the regulars that walk in and they are NOT polite in any shape or form. That just say you know what I order by now right? My usual. It’s me. You guys know me I COme HeRe EvERy daY.
I do this often because if you do not have manners/ are rude almost every day no. I do not know your order.(Although I remember it bc your rude) I will make you repeat it until the day that you are nice. After you have been humbled guess what? My master plan that you never knew about worked 😂 and now you can walk in and hang up your phone call say hello good morning I’ll have my usual please and I will in fact remember every. Single. Part.

We had some rude regulars but I only had a regular say that rudely once, but she was normally nice. She usually mobile orders so I really did forget the drink since she was at POS. I could tell something was off because normally she smiles and says thank you. Apparently someone stole her phone and she was just having a bad day because it’s her husbands order and she didn’t have it memorized but after she said that I remembered because it clicked that it was the usual mobile.
But we had a regular who orders pike + cream that was super duper rude most days and he said I was wasting his valuable time by not always having the cream out. So when he was in a cranky mood I’d walk and make his coffee as slowwwwwww as possible and make small talk which he wouldn’t respond to and look like he wanted to blow up. But he was really mean to some partners so I didn’t care if I annoyed him.
