the Impossible is vegetarian, not vegan. our small kiosk has no vegan options. the refreshers have caffeine, as do the black and green teas. because of the food we serve, with bacon and ham, our kiosk is neither kosher or halal. if you have a severe food allergy, you cannot consume our product since we use the same tongs on everything and only have one steamer that is used with both dairy and almond. i don’t know where the braille menu went; i’ve never even seen it. we don’t have lactose-free dairy. the only sugar-free is our vanilla. there’s milk product in the PSL syrup, the white mocha, and the black mocha. we don’t pick our signage, they send it to us. we don’t control the prices. the ice machine, like any other industrial ice machine, is dirty. the water is unfiltered from the tap. we are understaffed and demoralized and they won’t ship us the ingredients or equipment we need. every single one of us would rather serve drinks only in an inclusive kitchen with a relaxed cafe environment instead of trying to do Fast Food 2: Caffeinated Boogaloo. we want better, but the demand comes from the customer. if you can, demand better for us and for you.
