My manager told us the standard now is to ring it up as whatever size cold milk, vanilla sweet cream, however many pumps of pumpkin, and blended. That way it accounts for loss of product, labor, and charges people.

we had a weekly update either this week or last week can’t remember, basically saying we are not allowed to sell drink component separately. if they wanted this they should’ve ordered a venti milk with extra cold foam but we are not selling a venti cup of cold foam by itself.

Why weren’t they charged appropriately for this?

This makes no sense. Maybe if they ordered cafe, but the foam doesn’t really last that long? ESP in delivery?

Plus when you blend more than like a serving and a half of CF it’s so hard to make it frothy enough

(Side note: idk why everyone is so mad they act like you get to choose to just not make drinks, even if it’s annoying lol)
