I referred two partners who were hired almost two months ago, and my store was still offering the referral bonus during that time. I talked to my manager multiple times for clarity on how and when I would receive my bonuses, she was vague and said they would be in my paycheck but she would check to see what the timeframe is. I got back to her a week later asking if she found anything, and she replied “you should see both bonuses in your next paycheck.” Without any real explanation. Next paycheck came (this past Friday) and no bonuses.
I’m just curious if anyone else had this problem if they were able to refer a partner who was hired? I feel like I was very communicative and made it clear I was expecting what I earned…. Advice would be awesome!

I've had this type of issue with being a trainer and not receiving the bonus for that. No magic, just have to be the squeaky wheel until they respond to you.

I’m also dealing with that as well for the same two partners, I trained both of them to completion (no hand off to another trainer) and the SM also told me I should see it “soon”

i haven't gone through this myself but i remember reading that the partners have to stay with the company for 90 days before the bonus is applied. i know that sbux sometimes changes this timeframe to incentivize referrals even more but am not sure if that is happening at the moment.
unfortunately it seems that the best thing to do is continue to politely ask your SM about it, or you might be able to call corporate and ask them about the current timeframe yourself. no guarantees there but when my SM wasn't responding to me regarding catastrophe pay i was able to call and have my questions answered by them, they might be able to help with this as well. i'm pretty sure i used a number that was found in myPartnerInfo through PartnerHub

This is actually super helpful! They both haven’t been there for 90 days yet, but plan to be. All I really needed from my SM was at least a time frame but I kept getting half answers lol. Thank you for taking the time to help me with that info!
