There have been multiple instances with different baristas where my drink either doesn't get rung up correctly or it doesn't get made correctly. And then I feel bad because I know we're busy, or worse because it's during one of my breaks and then I don't have time to get the drink I was actually looking forward to. I don't know if it's genuine miscommunication or if it's carelessness but ugh! Please just remember that off the clock partners are customers. Also this sounds angry but like in real life I basically just shrug it off and go about my day. But deep down...... this is how it makes me feel lol
