I’m a partner of 2 years and we recently got a new manager a few months back, but she kinda sucks. We get absolutely no coverage for night but whatever i’ll let that pass but there are times I come in for my shifts and she’s not there even though she’s scheduled until 5pm but she ends up leaving at 3. She’s been constantly scheduling people out of their availability as well and when they tell her they can’t work it she pulls like “oh my bad, can you still show up?” I’ve been wanting to become a barista trainer and she says she’s been look for people but went to someone I helped train who got hired a year after me. She says she needs around 4-5 trainers but has talked to no one about it. I don’t know what to do anymore and it’s just tiring.
