Had a crusty order a venti hot PSL but they wanted the whip blended with some milk. Because they're "tired of being nickeled and dimed" by Starbucks. So essentially they want VSCCF but don't want to pay for it. And they had the audacity to tell us they called corporate to complain and corporate "agreed with them."

The whipped cream doesnt take up much space. If there was no whipped cream, they would have like 2 more gulps of milk lol why does everybody want extra milk? Like its just milk. It doesnt give them "more drink" when they say no whip or light ice for milk based drinks. It literally just gives them less than 5 sips of milk lol and if he wants u to blend the whipped cream in the milk for his hot PSL, then u essentially would be using slightly less milk again? I just don't understand why he can't say no foam but keep the whipped cream on top of the drink. He really feels like he's being nickled and dimed over like two or three extra gulps of milk? Lol

Lol a ton of people are like that with starbucks. Why cant they just pay for what they want and if they cant, then they should get what they wana pay for. Its stupid that a ton of people always try to "hack" or lie or beat around the bush when it comes to starbucks. Like if u cant or dont wana pay for it today, then get whipped cream or wait til another day where u dont mind paying for it😑

I had a woman call me racist (and call corporate on me in front of me) because I told her I’d have to charge her for a “peach water”…she then continued to stalk me in my store (despite having 7 neighboring stores working 5 miles…) she hasn’t been back, guess she’s going to “the other sbux” that gives her $0.60 peachy water and inclusions..

Former 259, I've been considering getting a cold brew just with light ice and room for whipped cream because I want to spare y'all the effort. But blending whip? I can't imagine that actually works, and it sounds like a LOT of whip would be needed. That's not gonna work the way crusting think.

I don't mind making cold foam, so if that's what you want don't feel bad about the effort on our part. What I don't like is people trying to "hack" the system with their stupidity. And they end up cheating themselves by getting an inferior product, in this situation.

I had one young customer (passenger; her mom drove her) come to the window and complain (as she saw on the screen) that I rung her up for a Pink Drink with Heavy Cream instead of a Strawberry Acai Lemonade with Heavy Cream. I'm assuming she thought she would save some money, although I checked once and I think it was the opposite. I assured her it was the exact same drink and she wasn't happy.
