Log into the IMS app on the ipad - everything you need will be on there! On the homepage you’ll see a to-do list for the day that will include any orders that have to be placed and the time that they have to be submitted. Go through the list and use your best judgment to decide what to order, or look through recent orders. IMS will automatically fill in the quantities it thinks you need, so adjust those numbers as needed. Check the daily record book for the milk pars, assuming your manager has written them in there, along with anywhere else you know of where your store has a list of pars.

Hit the save button every so often, otherwise you’ll lose your changes if you have to do something else and get logged out of the app. When you’re done, and before the deadline, hit Approve. You can still make changes and re-approve the order until the cutoff.

I'm assuming it's just the daily order. If you work better with pen and paper, you can open the order in IMS through the hub (All the orders and receipts for the day are at the top). Right click and print. I usually just print the first 3 pages, because the rest of it for my store is automated.

The order paper shows if there are things coming in the next day, and they also give a suggested order. When in doubt, you can probably follow that unless it's obvious you do/don't need something.

You can look at previous orders and create a duplicate if you seem to always need the same things week after week. Or count how many of a product was ordered last week and see how many you have now, so you know how much more you need to get back to the amount. Hope that helps in any way
