It sounds like slurping at the bottom of a drink almost, anyone know what’s causing that? It doesn’t interfere with using it right now. We’ve ran a cleaning cycle and calibrated already

Does your store vacuum out the hoppers at night or weekly? It might be that otherwise it might be the beans grinding. If it’s unusual probably make a ticket.

As an update it ended up being something internal which we later realized bc it started smoking 😅 so we were one bar for like a week which was hell but it’s back to normal now!
