I’m leaving, but I’m the past month alone, we have tons of fruit flies, weeks of shifts are going uncovered, the manager is demanding people stay and work despite being about to pass out, the manager is being passive aggressive and demeaning, about things that could easily be resolved with respectful communication. We’ve consistently been scheduled outside of our availability and I’ve been denied a new availability that works for me despite my manager recommending I change my availability. A manager asked us to scoop moldy ice out of the ice bin instead of cleaning the machine or not providing ice that day. A bunch of our partners quit because it’s become a really toxic environment.

I’m not sure who to talk to about all this.
