okay so idk if it’s just my district being forced to do this but when we clock in we have to go on mydaily and write something about how we’re feeling or hopes/commitments for your shift, then post something again when you clock out. but i HATE it, i have to do it everyday and how am i supposed to say something new everyday. or even something positive when i’m coming in for an 8.5 hour shift on a day that’s not on my availability ;-; discussion posts are already my least favorite thing to do for homework and now i have to do them at work too? bffr

Thank god they haven't implemented that at my store. They tried to at my old store and no one did it. 🙄

In my store we have to do the commitments when we clock in too and I also hate it!!
