So a sister store is closed at the moment and some of their partners have come to our location
One of their experienced partners came up to get their mark out and asked for an oatmeal with the toppings put inside… I told them we couldn’t do that for safety reasons and their response was “it’s okay I’m a partner”
I checked with my partner on warming to see if they were comfortable doing that, to which they said no. The partner getting their mark out then decided they wanted to be snotty and finished their order
Please stop being entitled because you’re an “experienced” partner.

Funny because I feel MORE bad for inconveniencing my partners due to the fact that I work at the siren and know how annoying complicated or overly specific orders can be. Sure, sometimes you do it for a partner to be nice but that's a kind gesture, not an obligation

Yeah sadly I’ve had some really high maintenance partners come through.. we have this one that wants us to use the 2x lemonade to make their drink. I won’t do it. It wastes an entire box because then I don’t have the correct amount to make 2 pitchers. Also have one lady that still regularly comes. She insisted that the SKINNY cinnamon dolce latte comes with whole milk…….. I tried explaining to her that it came with nonfat and no whip (this was awhile ago obviously lol) and she would not budge. So I rang it up as a skinny with all the modifications 🤦♀️

Omg every time anyone orders something skinny or black and then proceeds to add on things do not make it skinny or black I swear to god I just want to say the things in my head out loud and one day I will say “so not skinny/black?” 😂😂

Partners are the worst customers. I had a current one try to yell at me because we ran out of cream to make VSCCF and I wouldn’t just make it with milk that we were also low on for her. Former one who ordered and iced flat white 💀💀💀 had a tantrum that the customizations she didn’t ask for weren’t done.
As soon as someone says they work or worked for bucks I just cringe now.

Like, unless you’re either a paraplegic or 5 years old, why would you need the baristas to put the toppings in for you? Is it really that inconvenient to have to put your own oatmeal toppings in your oatmeal??!!

Out of all the disgruntled customers we could get, partners are my favorites. Corporate does not give a single fuck if they have a good time at my store. They can be mad.
