hey peeps, I’ve got my first meeting with my DM coming up (discussing my development to SSV) and I’ll be preparing a coffee tasting for it! I’m looking for some unique, preferably savoury, pairing suggestions for Thanksgiving blend. It doesn’t have to be a Starbucks food 😁

I’ve been trying a couple different cheeses with it but nothing is really hitting the spot like I feel they do with other earthy coffees like Sumatra or Komodo. I’m not a cheese expert though so if anyone knows a good cheese that could go with it that’d be awesome. Or something else entirely! Would love to try something spicy/herby!

I’d also love some savoury suggestions for Italian Roast if you’ve got ‘em!
