We had a girl do this in drive thru w/o the cold foam. After like 5 minutes of trying to get it thru to her what it would be we just put pumpkin sauce in the cold brew.

I had lactose intolerant guest ask if he could to the PCCB without any lactose. I was so fulfilled by telling him I can charge him for a plain cold brew.
