So in general, if you're sick you can call in sick. And you should, because you're not going to perform well if you are sick and you could get other partners sick. If you feel well enough (like, say you just have a sore throat and a runny nose), you should offer to reach out to other partners to find coverage, just because it probably helps the managers a lot and will make them less stressed by the call out.
In the long term, I would try to get help from your doctor. See if there are any lifestyle changes you should make to keep from getting sick (do you need more vitamins? do you eat/sleep enough? etc), see if there's anything you need to get checked that could be causing problems, etc. And for mental health related things, maybe talk to your doctor about medication and therapy options. It's possible those could help you. And with doing these things, you can communicate to your store manager that you are taking steps to take care of your health more and this should help them have trust in you

Just in case its helpful I had a really positive experience getting mental health therapy through Lyra. They offer online and in person (I had someone tell me it was online only but not in my experience so unsure if it varies by area).
Your health is most important and you shouldn’t be afraid to put your health first, though I do agree with the suggestions of looking into ways to help hopefully prevent it happening as often in the future.
