Well we have this square little plastic thing we keep our sea salt packets in at cold bar. One time i saw pepper packets mixed in there and luckily i never mistakenly used a pepper packet for the salted caramel cream cold brew but if i did, i would hope a customer would bring it back for a remake lolol cuz pepper in foam is probably not pleasant
